Getting Help
The fastest way to reach the developer is the contact form inside the app: open Home, tap About NJ RIDES, and write your note at the bottom. Messages go straight to Cris.
Common Questions
- A time or fare looks wrong. Schedules and fares come from each operator's published materials. Service can change faster than publications do, so always confirm with the operator before relying on a trip. The app's card for every line links the operator's own site.
- A stop or route is missing. Tell us through the contact form. The app aims to carry every community shuttle and connection in New Jersey, and reports like yours are how gaps get closed.
- Live positions are not showing. Not every operator publishes live positions. Lines with live tracking say so on their card; the rest show scheduled times.
- Alerts did not fire. Alerts currently fire while the app is open. Check that the alert is switched on and that alerts are not paused.
The Fine Print
